Henrietta ISD Programs in Agriculture and Business Education
Henrietta Independent School District offers career and technical education programs in agriculture and business education during the 2014-2015 school year. Admission to these programs is based on interest, aptitude, age appropriateness, class space available, school enrollment, and grade placement.

Clay County FY2015 Budget Available for Inspection
Clay County’s FY2015 proposed budget is available for public inspection in the County Clerk’s Office, 214 N. Main, Henrietta, Texas.
The proposed budget tax rate for FY2015 is .65518 which was the rate adopted for last year’s FY2014 budget.
Interested citizens are encouraged to view the FY2015 budget as proposed to be adopted after a public hearing to be held on September 8, 2014, from 10 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
Notice of Public Hearing: Clay County Proposed FY2015 Budget
The Clay County Commissioners’ Court will hold a public hearing on the proposed FY2015 budget, to be held in regular session of the Commissioners’ Court, Monday, August 25, 2014, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. in the Clay County Commissioners’ Courtroom, located at 214 N. Main Street, Henrietta, Texas.

Clay County Indigent Health Care Program Eligiblity Standards
The Clay County Commissioners’ Court has designated$ 140,000.00 of its General Revenue Tax Levy for the 2015 fiscal year, for the purpose of providing Indigent Health Care for Clay County residents as mandated by the State of Texas in accordance with the Indigent Health Care and Treatment Act.
Eligibility for the Indigent Health Care Program is based on:
- County residence
- Household composition
To apply for the Indigent Health Care Program, an applicant or his representative may request an application from the County Indigent Health Care Coordinator’s office, located at 214 North Main, in the Clay County Courthouse Annex. The applicant will be given or mailed a Form 100, Application for County Medical Assistance, on the same day the request is received. Assistance in filling out the application will be given if requested by the applicant.
By signing the application form, the applicant swears to the truth of the information supplied. Persons who intentionally misrepresent information to receive benefits they are not entitled to receive are:
- Responsible for reimbursing the County for the cost of benefits they were ineligible to receive; and
- May be subject to prosecution under the Texas Penal Code.
Any changes that occur which differ from the information given on the original application must, under law, be reported to the County Indigent Health Care Office within 14 days of their occurrence.
